The Heifer Project works to end world hunger by giving livestock to impoverished families. These animals are used for breeding, feeding, and passing on to other families. Home Front provides the basic foundation for safe, secure housing for homeless families trying to break the cycle of poverty in Mercer County, NJ. Home Front offers job training and life skills programs, pre-natal care and family planning, parenting and literacy programs. NUMC supports this ministry by furnishing a room through a memorial fund.
