 A Simple Philosophy for Our Youth Program

 

  1. A youth program should provide an emotionally safe environment for all.

 

  1. It should provide a safe place for youth to develop their faith and their belief system.

 

  1. It should provide an opportunity to live out their faith in relationships with the group.

 

  1. It should provide opportunities to share the substance of their lives and their faith in mission.

 

  1. It should involve the youth in the life and worship of the local church.

 

  1. It should be meaningful to the youth.

 

  1. It should be fun.

 

  1. It should reflect the theology and social principles of The UnitedMethodistChurch.
