MUSIC Ministry

Music is an essential part of our worship services as it sets the tone for our worship and brings us together in praise of our Lord. During our services, we are committed to providing music that uplifts us and supports our understanding of God’s word as shared from the pulpit.

At Newtown United Methodist Church, our music ministry is supported by our active and friendly choir, which all are welcome to join! Whether you are an accomplished singer or just enjoy singing for fun – our music ministry is a great way for you to use your gifts for God’s glory.

Opportunities to serve in our music ministry include joining our choir or joining our worship service technical team. Our choir meets weekly on Thursdays at 7:30 pm.
